Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a process that delves into the deep-rooted aspects of our psyche to understand and address mental and emotional challenges. Through open dialogue, I provide a confidential non-judgemental space. In our sessions, I might invite you to speak openly about whatever comes on your mind, while I encourage you to hear yourself in new ways. Our work together does not involve psychiatric diagnosis or skills-oriented coaching. Rather than providing quick fixes or advice, I focus on creating an environment where you can explore your own answers and unique solutions. Engaging in regular clinical supervision with a senior colleague, I am committed to continuous education as an essential part of ethical practice.
